If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lauraguerra220@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we do not accept returns of used items.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
